Need help setting up your new computer? Our installation service gets you up and running fast!
Our basic service includes making sure that your computer’s specifications match what what you were quoted, assembling your computer, printer and/or scanner, security software, internet connection, and email. When finished you’ll have a fully functioning system, with internet access and a printer that prints, and we even spend time with you making sure that you know the basic operation of your new computer.
Our advanced service inludes everything in the basic service, but adds file transfer from the old machine (upto 5GB), installing 1 digital device (iPod/MP3 Player/Digital Camera). You also receive 1 hour of training on how to get the best from your new computer.
Our comprehensive service inludes everything in the basic and advanced service, but adds unlimited file transfer from the old machine, installing all your digital devices. You will receive 1 hours training on your new system. If you need more, you receive a 50% discount against our normal hourly rate.
All our installation services comes with free telephone support for 7 days to answer any questions you might have about your new computer or laptop.
